Determine Your Career Using Vedic Astrology in 3 Simple Steps!

1st Step: First look into the Planet sitting in 10th House (Karma) because planet sitting in 10th house will have
greater impact on native’s profession. But sometimes more than one planet sits into the 10th house or none of planet
sits into 10th house in such cases
1) where there is more than one planet sitting in 10th house (conjunction) the planet with the highest degree will
have greater control in native’s career.
2) In the second scenario when no planet sits there the planets aspecting the 10th house will have the highest impact.
3) None the less if no planet sits there and no planet aspects then the greater impact on the career of the native is
with the lord of 10th house.

*Order of impact: Planet in 10th (highest degree planet) > Planet aspecting 10th house > where lord of 10th house
sits.

*Point to be noted: Greater impact planets have highest control of career but other planets associated also have
their impact in less manner. Astrology is never a zero-sum game it’s always Permutation and set of combinations.

e.g. in this case – Ketu sitting in the 10th house of D1 chart will have the highest impact on native’s career
other planets associated will also have impact.

2nd Step: Check the lordship of that planet having greater impact on native’s profession that will determine
the area of work (field of work) and the work which the native can do easily.

e.g. in the following chart Ketu having greater impact has lordship of 8th house. 8th house shows career
related to- Occult, taxation, audit, jyotisha, research, spy (R&AW, CIA). But the question is with such so many
possibilities how to exactly pinpoint the career? for that follow the next step carefully-

3rd Step: In this step we will match karkatwas/characteristics of the planets and house associated with 10th
house this will give you complete picture about the person’s career.

e.g. in this case Ketu is greater impact planet having lordship of 8th house shows native can be in field of
research and development but there is also Sun sitting in 8th shows involvement of government in career and *lord of
the 10th house is in 6th house (Jupiter+Saturn) of medicine, doctor considering medical profession directly due to
involvement of Jupiter.

Summing up all we can say- involvement Ketu, 8th house, sun, 6th house Jupiter + Saturn the Person can be
Medicine researcher, but also look at the sun(government) having Rahu(foreign) aspect and afflicted 4th house (Rahu
sitting+ mars 8th aspect) which shows the native may live outside motherland and combining all - This person is
actually a Medicine researcher in a foreign country.

Point to be noted: While analysing these three simple steps don’t forget to check the Dasha. Because there may
be various Yogas present in our chart but the Dasha system will determine the flow of events.

Sun Lagna. Now apply the same rules in 10th from Sun and Moon Lagna. We are further elaborating with example:

and also in 6th Rasi disease. 3rd Step now matching the karakatwas of 6th house(disease) Jupiter (Doctor) 1st house
(Body) Venus (Kidney, exactly pointing out kidney due to Rasi significance of Virgo, if Venus is in Scorpio we would
