INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS:
1. This deposit slip must be used to make your Visa Fee payment at any RCBC Bank
in Philippines. This deposit slip cannot be used to make an Electronic Fund Transfer
(EFT). Any payment made through EFT is not acceptable and not refundable.
2. Please make sure payment is made within the Expiration Date. If the deposit slip
has expired, regenerate it by logging into your account again.
3. The Visa Fee amount should be paid in Philippine Peso (PHP). Applicants can pay
for an individual or groups by using one US Visa Application Fee Deposit Slip.
4. Print one copy of this deposit slip and present to the teller of any RCBC Bank
Branch to complete the payment.
a. Inform the teller to enter the Payment CGI Reference Number in your deposit.
b. Pay the exact amount indicated in the Remaining Balance.
5. DO NOT USE THE BANK MACHINE to make the payment of the visa fee.
Payment has to be done with BANK TELLER.
6. The Visa Fee is dependent on the type of visa for which you are applying.
7. Once payment has been made and confirmed, you may return to
https://www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/ and enter the payment reference number
provided in your bank receipt.

to submit an inquiry.
9. Pay the exact amount of Visa fee payments are non-refundable and must be paid in
Philippine Peso (Php).
10. Visa fee receipt is non transferrable and cannot be used for other person and other

11. Applicant can schedule the interview the next business day after paying the visa
application fee. Receipt activation can take up to 1 business day from the time of
payment.
12.Please take note of the date when the Deposit Slip was generated and inform the
same to the Teller.
