Ref': Invitation to conciliation as per provisions on 'Section 62oj'the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 .to the disputes arisen under your
Loan Account/Agreement No.
Madam/Sir,
Under instructions and on behalf of our client M/s. Home Credit India Finance Private Limited (formerly known as Rajshree Auto Finance Private
Limited), having its Regd. Office at 8rd Floor Tower B, Sun City phase 2, Mumbai, Maharastra-400005, whereby serve upon all of you above named
addressee, the following notice: -
You had availed a Loan from our client vide Loan Account/Agreement No.
As per the terms and conditions of the Loan granted to you by our client and which conditions had been specifically & expressly agreed upon, between
you and our client, you were bound to make repayment of the said loan along with interest and other charges. You have, however, failed/avoided to
adhere to the financial terms of the payment and your account is overdue. As on 03/02/2025, a sum of due and payable settlement amount to our
client besides other charges, which sum you have failed/avoided to pay, despite numerous demands made by our client, in this regard.
Our client has therefore initiated legal proceedings/ is in the process of initiating legal proceedings, for the recovery of the aforementioned amount,
as well as interest thereupon and other charges.
However, before initiating any legal action, our client intends to explore the possibility of a Settlement, through the process of Conciliation n and
accordingly intends to refer the dispute to, ADV. Hansraj Sharma who would act as a Conciliator, for an amicable Settlement.
In case you are also interested in settling the matter, amicably, by the process of Conciliation, as aforementioned, you are called upon to attend the
Conciliation Camp, being organized at CHAMBER NO. 525, ROHINI COURT, NEW DELHI- 110085 on 09/07/2025 and 10/07/2025 between 11
AM TO 3PM.
PM. In case, however, you fail/avoid to come forward for conciliation, on the said date, the present invitation shall be deemed to have lapsed/rejected
and in such event, our client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, against you for the recovery of its dues at your risk, cost
and consequence. The present communication may also be treated as a final demand notice from our client, towards the payment of its outstanding
dues.
