Good morning, Scouts, leaders, teachers, and our esteemed guests! Welcome to the BSP & GSP Joint Rally 2024! We
are thrilled to have each and every one of you here as we celebrate the spirit of Scouting, unity, and service.

Ma’am Lorena:

To our guest from the LDRRM Officer, Mr. Loren R. Gallarda, to my dedicated fellow teacher-scouters and trainers, to

Nelson Mandela said, “Scouting inspires patriotism, sound moral values, courage, character building, self-reliance and
community awareness.”

Ma’am Lorena:
Today, these values are just as relevant in helping the
youth grow to their full potential. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills,
and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives. They can develop these values and skills while they also
enjoy outdoor activities that will surely make their inner child heart happy.
