Code of Conduct and Procedure

Basic and General Regulations

The 1st BPM, through this conduct manual, establishes norms, criteria and
principles that will be observed and will govern the basic conduct of
functioning of this police, seeking its preservation of the principles
ethics, integrity, and defense of their police officers.
