The Cube's routine

First of all, let's start with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

Linguistics). Ask her to close her eyes and imagine herself in a room.
white and empty. (Note: Originally, one might ask the person to think
imagine being in a desert, the questions are the same, respecting
the possibilities of the imagined place).

From there, ask the questions below:

The Cube (Represents the person's ego)

What is its size?

The size of the cube is relative to the person's self-esteem.
Great – secure and confident, the person values themselves a lot, has self-
high esteem.
Medium - it is a balanced, confident person, but who does not think highly of themselves.
neither superior nor inferior to others.
Small – insecure and timid, she feels insignificant, ignored,
modesta is a simple person.

Is it floating or is it on the ground?

If the cube is floating - the person lives more in imagination than
in reality, it is a creative, dreamy, optimistic, idealistic person,
lives on fanciful and impractical ideas.
On the ground - it is a very realistic person who usually has their
position on a well-defined society.
Sometimes the person says that the cube is on one of the corners, isn't it?

impatient.
Green – Hopeful, optimistic, healthy, lover of nature.
Yellow - it is cheerful, lively, optimistic.

What material is the cube made of?

It's kind of difficult to interpret when some material comes in a bit
strange. But if the cube is made of gold, for example, the person gives themselves
a lot of value, after all: valuable material, the person values themselves, the opposite
does not value itself.
Glass - it is considered a pure person. A dirty cube represents that
the person hates themselves, for example.

Is it made of solid material?

Solid material - has more achievements/satisfied with herself. It is
a person with high self-esteem and a good personality.
Hollow empty cube - it's waiting to be completed. Represents that
at that moment, the person is incomplete, something important is missing,
or at least she thinks so.

Is it a hard or soft cube?

Tough - has a strong personality, has character.
Mole – is a sensitive person, feels remorse when they make a mistake.

Is the cube matte or transparent?

If it is transparent - (also in the case of being glass or something
it represents purity, is not ashamed of being who it is, does not
uncomfortable showing her personality, as she is, a person who
others can see through it.
A matte cube - represents a person who is tougher and difficult to deal with.
understand what is going on inside.

The Ladder

Stairs in poor condition - it represents that she thinks that her
friends are in a bad situation.
Burnt ladder - it represents that she thinks her friends are...
harming.
Strong staircase - represents a strong social circle, the person feels
secure within him

Is the ladder (much) bigger than the cube?

Yes - feels small in her social circle.
The opposite if it is small

If the ladder is resting on the cube, it feels that the friends

they depend on her more than she does on her friends.

The degree of proximity of the staircase in relation to the cube is also

important, as it represents the distance that it allows your
friends, come here.

If there is a space between the ladder and the cube, it means that it has
a "protective layer" that only allows friends to get close until
certain point.

The Tempest
represents the possible problems in a person's life

Is the storm approaching or is it far from you?

Soon - your problems haven't arrived yet, but you know that they

Film

It is true, although reduced it is a very large routine.

But it can indeed be used partially, without loss of
effectiveness!

Here is a version of questions used in one of the Style videos:

Imagine a completely white and empty room.

In this room, put a cube.
Do you see the cube?
Is it big or small?
Is it on the ground or is it floating?
-And are you seeing his face, the straight side or the corner?
Is it transparent, can you see through it, or is it solid?
Is it solid - any particular color?

Okay. Now add a ladder to this image.

Are you seeing the stairs?
Where is the ladder in the room?
Is she tall or short?
E... If you want to get on it, is it difficult or easy?

Now, look at some flowers

Do you see the flowers?
Do you see few or many?
Where are they?
Are they all the same type or different?
Describe them a little for me.
E... When you see them, what is your first impression? How do you feel?

And now add a horse to this image.

Do you see him? Where is he?
What is he doing? Is he standing still relaxed?
If you could describe this horse's personality in three words, what would they be?
would they be?

And now finally, add a storm to this image.

Do you see the storm?
Is it violent or gentle? Is it a heavy rain or light?
