Weighted FSE sequences performed in T1 and T2. Cutting plans.

Analysis:

Cranio-cervical transition without alterations.

Vertebral bodies with normal posterior alignment and height.

Small Schmorl's nodes in the vertebral bodies from D5 to L1, as well as


in C6, without adjacent edema in the present study.

In C5-C6, a small posterocentral disc protrusion is noted with reduction of


anterior liquor column. Although there is no evident disc contact with the
spinal cord, a slight hyperintensity of the gray matter is questioned
medullary at the cervical levels.

Other intervertebral discs without evidence of significant herniations.

Interapophyseal and uncovertebral joints without alterations.

Vertebral canal with normal amplitude.

Spinal cord with regular contours and homogeneous signal in the other parts.
