II. SUMMARY:

The subject is of a theoretical-practical nature, belonging to the curriculum area of tourism, whose purpose is
to develop in the student a set of knowledge, analysis, and methods to improve tourism services in
incoming, outgoing, and domestic tourism; thus providing one more tool for its development in its
professional, academic and personal work.

The course contents have been organized into four (4) units of learning:
Theoretical Framework of Receptive, Outbound, and Domestic Tourism.

3. Outbound Tourism: Operational Scope of Wholesaler Agencies
4. Internal Tourism: Retail Agencies as intermediaries.

III. COMPETENCIES

General:
Recognize and accurately differentiate the theoretical framework of Incoming, Outgoing, and Domestic Tourism, apply
and manages efficiently the methods and forms of attention in tourism services, valuing their implications in the
tourist activity, evaluating them through a correct diagnosis and applying an appropriate treatment.

VII. EVALUATION SYSTEM

In accordance with the Learning Evaluation Regulations of the Faculty, the evaluation of academic performance will be
permanent and integral.
Attendance to theoretical and practical classes is mandatory. The student who records a 30% absence will not be able to take the exam.

The grading scale is out of twenty. The minimum passing grade (11) any fraction in the final average equal to or greater than 0.5 will be
rounded up to the nearest whole number according to Article 15 of the Regulation.

The substitute exam is the last week of the academic semester, and it will only replace a theory grade.
To obtain a passing average in the subjects of the pre-clinical specialty, the student must pass the mandatory course.
