SINCERITY

From the Latin sincerĭtas, sincerity is the way of expressing oneself without lies or

fictions. The term is associated with truthfulness and thesimplicity. The

sincerity implies respect forthe truth(that which is said in accordance
with what one thinks or feels). Whoever is sincere tells the truth. If a
manhe is married and, when asked by a girl, claims to be single,
He is lying and, therefore, is not responding honestly.

Sincerity consists of always telling the truth, which is not that simple.
as it may seem at first glance.

And even beyond words, sincerity increases its value much more.
when it is demonstrated through actions.

Poem of Sincerity

Sincerity is not something we should expect from others, it is a value.

for us it is silly, but in reality to the person you are lying to
you cause harm, and this little lie that at first means nothing to us goes away
growing bigger and bigger until the truth is finally known and
surprising those you lie to. Sincerity is not only seen in words,
but it is also demonstrated through our attitudes.

When we pretend to be what we are not (in age, work, friendship...)

It should also be noted that 'saying' the truth with words is a part
of sincerity, but one must also 'act' in accordance with the truth. To be
to be sincere one needs to have a lot of 'tact' and this means that when
we must tell a person the truth of what we think and this truth
we must use the correct words, the correct expressions since the
the first purpose is to 'help' that person, and this is necessary to
that the person listens and sees that what is being said comes with good intentions
and without intending to offend her.

Sincerity also requires courage because when it comes to telling the truth to a
a friend or a girlfriend, for example, not telling the truth cannot be justified
by not saying it, with the loss of a good friendship or due to the concept that is held
of the person. The sincere person always tells the truth, at all times,
even if it costs you, without fear of what others will say. Since seeing us surprised while

lying is even more embarrassing.

By being sincere, we secure our friendships, we are more honest with

others and at the same time with ourselves, becoming worthy individuals of
trust in the authenticity of our behavior and
our words. As we grow older,
sincerity must increase and become a basic element for
