Modification of the maintenance kits (4008, 5008S)


Summary:
Devices affected all 4008 and 5008S hemodialysis devices
Measure The maintenance kits of the 4008 and 5008S were adapted
and modified.
Changes to the 4008 maintenance kits:
As far as the 4008 maintenance kits are concerned, the O-
rings for the
bibag connector type 5008 were added an the O-rings of the
dialyzer couplings were changed to coated O-rings.
The cover sheets of the maintenance kits contain the
identification "beschichtet/coated" for the respective O-rings.
Changes to the 5008S maintenance kit:
The hydrophobic filter in the 5008S maintenance kit was
adapted to the 5008 maintenance kit.
The hydrophobic filter is always enclosed together with the
tubing.
