Company Background:
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority or known as the BCDA developed a
multiple apartment and condominium buildings along the C-5 road of Taguig City. A controlled
corporation and government-owned established under Republic act no. 7227 or known as the
Bases Conversion and Development Act of 1992. It mandates to transform military bases
including properties into center of economic growth. It aims to foster the economic
opportunities and provide a sustainable urban community through quality housing, work and
educational opportunities. One of its commercial buildings located in Pamayanang Diego Silang.
These buildings known as the "MB" Buildings. Total of 36 sqm including 2 bedroom and kitchen
and living area sharing spaces. These commercial spaces are available for sale or rent.
Furthermore, aside from the residential spaces, there are commercial spaces spanning 5361
sqm. Through partnership with private sector, BCDA developed the commercial spaces
enhancing the community services and amenities of the area.

Residents of Pamayanang Diego Silang
Utilization of the system will help the residents to have a centralized access in
terms of improving community information, services and resources. It will simplify the
communication between the residents and administration. The schedules,
announcements, and relevant news will be much easier to access. Also, there will be a
streamline that will assist the registration, complaints, request and other services.
Barangay Ususan Officials and Staff
The officials and staff will have a much easier access in managing and
monitoring community activities, complaints, request and services. It will reduce the
workload through automated processes. Record-keeping and task tracking is efficient.
Also, the reports and records will be more transparent.
BCDA Administration
System will assist oversight and coordination of community programs and
activities under their term or jurisdiction. Presenting real-time data and reports to
enhance the communication between the BCDA and local communities.

The system will help local entrepreneurs to connect to the residents and to
showcase or to promote their local businesses. There will be a higher rate of
engagement by creating advertisement of products and services.
Social Workers and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO)
Simplifying the collaboration and provision of services to the community of
Pamayanang Diego Silang. There will be a centralized hub to coordinates such programs.
Educational Institutions
Supporting for educational initiatives for the residents. A good platform for
engaging into different workshops and other programs. A good communicating tool for
coordinating families and students.
