Being the legal and beneficial co-owners of the land parcel known as LR No.
Sinyerere/715, situated within Nairobi County, hereby DECLARE as follows:
CONSENT TO TRANSFER
We hereby GIVE our full and voluntary consent to the transfer of LR No. Sinyerere/715
to Mr. Hanan Kitu, who is personally known to us.
VOLUNTARY EXECUTION
We confirm that this consent is given freely and without any threat, force, coercion, or
undue influence of any kind.
AWARENESS AND INTENTION
We fully understand the effect of this consent and do so with the intention of facilitating
the legal transfer of the said property.
VALIDITY
This consent shall be effective from the date hereof and shall remain valid for all legal
and administrative processes relating to the said land transfer.

being a Kenyan, of sound mind, do hereby make oath and state as follows:
I am the deponent herein and acting in support of Exhibit P1.
I have personally seen the original Consent Letter dated 6 May 2000.
This photocopy contains the full contents of the original, and Exhibit P1 is a true,
complete, and accurate copy, as the original documents were destroyed in a fire at the
family home in 2005.
I recognize the signatures of Joy Lwangu Misoga, Benta Wafula Ndote, and Kenna
Amadi Ndote.
This exhibited copy fairly and accurately represents the original document.
I swear this affidavit knowing that it is to be used in evidence in Court and that by
virtue of the laws of Kenya, making a false statement may render me liable for
