Salary Details: Euros 600-800 (monthly

Work Schedule and Amenities:

 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

 Free accommodation: Shared rooms (2-3 people), equipped kitchen, shared bathroom
facilities

Step 1: Job Application and Screening

Document Submission

 Compile Documents: Gather all the required documents listed above.


 Submission: Forward the compiled documents for initial review.
 Review and Confirmation: The employer will check the documents for accuracy and
completeness. You will be contacted if any information is missing.

Step 2: Job O er and Contract Signing

Job O er: Selected candidates receive a job o er from the employer, including job role, salary,
and employment terms.

Employment Contract: Carefully review and sign the employment contract. Ensure it includes
detailed terms such as job responsibilities, salary, benefits, and contract duration.

Step 3: Document Preparation for Type D Visa Application

`Supporting Documents: Prepare the following:

 Completed visa application form via the E-Consulate portal


 Valid passport (must be valid for at least 90 days beyond your departure date from
Serbia)
 Police Clearance Certificate
 Employment contract and job o er letter
 Police clearance certificate
 Proof of travel medical insurance valid in Serbia
 Proof of su icient funds for living expenses (1000 Euros bank statement)
 Recent passport-sized photograph
Step 4: Online Application via E-Consulate

Submission to the Portal: Once all documents are ready, we submit your type-D visa
application at ekonzulat.gov.rs.

Step 5: Employer Application for Work Permit

Work Permit Application: The employer submits the work permit application simultaneously
using your visa application ID.

Step 6: Passport Submission for Visa Stamping

Approval Notification: Wait for notification of visa approval through the E-Consulate portal.

Passport Submission: Submit your original passport to the Serbian Embassy or Consulate for
visa stamping.

Visa Fee: Pay the visa application fee as per the guidelines.

Step 7: Onboarding and Orientation

Orientation: Upon arrival in Serbia, you need to attend an orientation session to understand
workplace rules, safety procedures, and job expectations.

Work Permit and Residence Card: Your employer will apply for your residence permit which
will be renewed every year till you work for the employer..
