PPA Tenure 25+ Years Green energy generation
No batteries involved, Generate & Consume, Export & Import to Grid thru Net-Metering.
If excess generation in day time export to Grid and import later in the evening or next day.
OHM’s Obligations
• Solarisation feasibility study by OHM
• Discount to dealers on electricity bills on solar units consumed
• Monthly billing process to RO and copy to IOCL HO
• Commercial returns to IOCL for channel access support
• Design, Investment, Installation & Maintenance
IOCL Benefits

IOCL Obligations
● Introduction to RO’s with Authorization letters and Work orders
● Stringent intervention during cases of non-payment of bills, if any.
● Since it is a capital intensive project and the financial burden in on OHM it is
imperative that solar bills raised by OHM are paid on time.
Dealer Benefits
● Zero Investment
● Discount from their regular EB tariff rates per unit
● No headache of installation or maintenance
Dealer Obligations
● Access for OHM team to install and maintain solar plant
● Application for Net-Metering (OHM Team will assist)
● Allow OHM team to clean and safe maintenance of solar plant
● Check and approve monthly solar generated units
● Report immediately to OHM in any unforeseen emergency
situations
