2.This offer includes conditions

1. The price of the equipment includes the cost of design and manufacture.
2. This price includes tax and does not include shipping charges.
3. Equipment foundation and all concrete (concrete) components are not included in this price.
4. All expenses for overseas installation are not included, and no installation personnel will be
dispatched during the epidemic period.
3. the quality warranty period
1. The warranty period of the equipment is one year (vulnerable parts are not covered by the
warranty), which is calculated from the date of acceptance.
4. Payment method
1. After the contract is signed, the buyer shall pay 40% of the total contract amount as a
deposit, and the contract shall become effective after the money is transferred to the seller's
account.
2. After the equipment is manufactured, the buyer shall pay 60% of the total amount. After the
money is paid to the seller's account, the buyer can pick up the goods or the seller can deliver
the goods on behalf of the seller.
3. All payments must be made by bank transfer directly to the bank account designated by the
seller.

5. Installation, commissioning and delivery date
1. The equipment shall be delivered at the Seller's factory and finished within 90 days after the

contract takes effect. The equipment and materials shall be kept by the Buyer after they arrive

at the Buyer's factory.

2. Before delivery, the seller shall list the delivery plan, and the Buyer shall give a written reply to

the Seller regarding the delivery and installation plan.

3. Within one week after the equipment and materials arrive at the buyer's factory, the seller shall

enter the site for construction and installation, and the construction period is about 30 days.

4. Due to the buyer's reasons, the installation and commissioning are delayed, and the

construction period is postponed.

5. Acceptance within one week after the boot, if the manufacturer has used but refuses to accept,

it is regarded as automatically accepted.

6. Mode of transportation
1. The equipment transport is mainly by car.

7. Buyer's cooperation
1. Within 7 days after the contract becomes effective, the buyer shall provide by telex the plan
of the plant and the information of power supply, water supply, fuel and compressed air.
2. Provide a qualified equipment base after the contract comes into force and before the
equipment is shipped.
3. The buyer shall provide on-site electricity, water, compressed air, lighting, handling and lifting
equipment and consumable materials for construction free of charge.
4. The buyer shall provide free accommodation for the seller's construction personnel;
5. During the commissioning period, arrange enough operators to assist in commissioning, and
provide debugging items free of charge.
6. Before the installation of the equipment, connect the electricity, water, gas and fuel to the
interface specified by the seller, and turn it on before commissioning.
