Work Description: Reinforcement Inspection Structure: Step 2 Beam and Wall

ITEM PUNCHLIST

Beam

1 Provide cleaning on rebars

2 Rebar arrangement for beam not as per detail. Congested areas needs to be rectified. Filler bar to be provided.

3 Arrange stirrup spacing as per details.

4 Roughening and cleaning of CJ to be provided

5 Provide sufficient tie wires on stirrups.

6 Verify expansion/isolation joint material between beam and column.

7 Maintain sufficient concrete cover on all areas as per detail.

8 Housekeeping

Wall

1 Cranking of horizontal bar for W20 not accepted. Follow the detail in the drawing.

2 Missing filler horizontal bar 12mm dia. for W20.

3 Missing B3 stair dowel bar 12mm dia. for W20.

4 Missing horizontal bar 12mm dia. for W15 lap splice.

5 Provide roughening and cleaning of CJ at W15.

6 Provide sufficient tie wires.

7 Maintain sufficient concrete cover on all areas as per detail.

8 Housekeeping
