Growth Marketing Associate
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to drive brand awareness, audience
engagement, and demand generation. This role requires a strategic and execution-focused
individual who can manage social media, performance marketing, market research, and
lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing,
content strategy, paid campaigns, and CRM-based lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and eLearning Industry (ELI)
ads for lead generation.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, continuously improving for better ROI and
conversions.
• Implement email marketing strategies to nurture and convert leads.
• Work on SEO-driven content updates to improve website visibility and engagement.
Market Research & Demand Generation
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and content
strategies.
• Identify and qualify leads through email campaigns, social media outreach, and
targeted campaigns.
• Support the sales team by developing prospecting strategies and managing lead
databases.
Inside Sales & Lead Nurturing
• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emails, and social media
outreach.
• Conduct introductory calls with prospects to understand their needs and position EI
as a valuable partner.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems, tracking engagement and pipeline
progress.
• Ensure efficient follow-ups with leads, collaborating with sales for seamless
conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with designers, content agencies, and cross-functional teams to align
marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing
strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance
marketing.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics
dashboards.
• Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Strong coordination skills to work with designers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Experience with content strategy, campaign execution, and audience engagement
tactics.
