HOW TO START THE PROCESS?
1. Choose a job according to the list.
2. Send us an email at info@immigrationua.com with the following The email subject
should contain “1-Year Poland work permit” You need to send all
documents/attachments in a single email.

3. As soon as we receive the document according to our requirements we will send you
the Agreement you need to sign and make a prepayment of 1100 Euros to start the
process.
4. After receiving the prepayment we will give you the submission Receipt issued from
the voivodeship department for your work permit invitation application within 15
working days.
5. After getting the submission Receipt it will take up to 30 working days to issue the
work permit invitation.
6. When the work permit is ready, Initially, we will send you a scanned copy or
photocopy of the work permit, and within a few days, We will dispatch the
document through DHL Express and share the tracking code.
7. Once you receive the original documents you need to get the embassy OR VFS
GLOBAL appointment at e-konsulat or e-konsulat 2 / VFS depending on the
country where you will apply for a visa. (Belarus, China, India, and Turkiye
jurisdiction need to submit visa applications to VFS Global)
8. Enter and save a preliminary visa application. Remember that the data entered in

the application must be the same as the data in your documents. (Exception in VFS

9. You will receive a request to confirm the preliminary application at the e-mail
address provided. You have to confirm your application within 48 hours. (Exception
in VFS Process)
10. After you confirm the preliminary application, your data will be verified. You will
receive information on the results via email. The positive result of verification
entitles you to complete the full visa application within the next 48 hours. If the
application is not completed within this time, your booking will be cancelled and the
data removed from the system. (Exception in VFS Process)
11. If there are more correctly verified applications for a given consulate than the
available visit dates in a given period, the date of appointment will be assigned via an
electronic draw.
12. After your application has been drawn, the embassy will send information about the
date of the visit to the email address provided by you. Other applications will take
part in subsequent draws until they are drawn or until the expiry of the document
entitles you to work in Poland. (Exception in VFS Process)
13. After submission of the document at the embassy, it will take another 15 days for the
embassy to decide on your visa Application.
14. If your visa gets rejected due to not justifying the purpose of your stay then you may
appeal against the embassy's decision and you have to submit an appeal along with
the original work permit at the embassy.
15.If your visa is approved you need to pay 400 euros within 5 days
