Subject: Providing remote access of eOffice Servers/VMs to NIC eOffice Team, New Delhi-reg.

It is hereby solemnly affirmed that the remote access of Physical Server(s)/Virtual Machine(s) identified
by ___________________________________________________________ (Name of User Department)
with respect to eOffice instance of ______________________________________________________,
hosted at ______________________________________ (Place of Hosting), will be provided to NIC
eOffice Team, New Delhi from ______________ (Date) to _____________ (Date) for initial deployment
of eOffice Product or issue resolution. It is further stated that

1) System administrator has taken all the requisite backups.


2) Checklists and the reports as part of it are done/checked/enclosed with the undertaking.
3) NIC eOffice Team, New Delhi will take all necessary and required precautions with utmost care dur-
ing remote session; however eOffice Project Division NIC will not be held responsible for any issue
that may arise while working on remote access of aforesaid Physical Server(s)/Virtual Machine(s).
Under such circumstances, NIC eOffice Team will assist in restoring the application back to its previ-
ous state with the latest backups provided by us.
