Terms and Conditions
Registration Process
A school can register itself and its students for the event on the

Rules and Regulations
1. Participants cannot take part in multiple events. Hence each participant can take part only in
one event, except for the Business Quiz and Express to Impress which is open to all participants.
2. All schools must send a teacher-in-charge on both the days of conclave to accompany the students.
3. Each school must bring their school flag along.
4. Teams / Participants shall bring their own props, music instruments, costumes; makeup kits,
stationary etc. which are required for their participation in the respective competitions.
5. Students shall essentially be in their school uniform. (Unless there is dress code specified)
6. Organizers and Jury have all the authority to disqualify any participant / team for not competing
fairly.
7. Judges' decision will be final.
8. Timelines need to be followed strictly to make this event a success.
9. All participants will receive participation certificates.
10. Submission of documents / presentations / special requirements will not be accepted after the
due date.
11. Learning Paths School shall not be held responsible for loss / damage of any equipment like
mobiles, laptops, musical instruments, cameras etc. during the event.
12. Picking up and dropping off the participants (including security during travel) shall be the
complete responsibility of the participating schools.

13. Kindly make sure that there shall be no damage to the property or any other equipment of the ]
school.
14. Participants will be provided snacks and lunch.
15. At the end of the event, an overall tally of points will be prepared for all the schools and the
school with the most number of points will win the overall winner's trophy.
16. Please make sure to check our Instagram handle, businessconclave_lps regularly for updates
regarding the competition.
17. The event specifics are tentative; students will receive detailed guidelines of the Conclave and
each event post registration.
18. In case the host school wins the 'overall school trophy', it shall forfeit the position and hand it
over to the next best school.
19. Rules and event details are subject to change.
20. To register for the Business Conclave, each school is required to participate in a
minimum of four (4) competitions.
Accommodation
Outstation teams can book their hotels at their own cost. If the participating school chooses to
organise their own accommodation, kindly let us know the details of your stay. We are willing to
suggest places for accommodation if need be.
Commuting to the hotel / venue of the event will solely be the responsibility of the participating
school on both the days of the event.
Conclave Fee
The Conclave fee per student is Rs. 750 (non-refundable). The total amount for all students from each
school can be paid through cheque drawn in favour of Learning Paths School.
This fee is inclusive of meals and snacks, conclave kit and facilities. The conclave fee should reach
the school not later than 3 days, upon participation confirmation. Non Receipt the fee will result in
cancellation of participation.
