requirement go ahead and file by entering your
details (This happens if you don't reside in a
military zone, so choose carefully)
11. If you have ID.me, sign in with the
logins here.

login.gov account clicking here.
13. Choose "Create an Account" and
enter the email you created in the
drops name.

15. Choose Text or voice Message
