REVEAL - CHAOS TO PURPOSE (WEEK 2)

TO THE WOMB

A Return to the First Imprint

“Before you had a name, you had a
feeling.
Let’s return to it.
Preparation Before
Before we
the Practice
remember,
we rest.
Find a quiet, undisturbed space.

Sit or lie down. Place one hand on

Before we
your heart, the other on your belly.

Breathe deeply. Invite safety into

regress,
your body.

Repeat softly or inwardly:

“I am safe to remember. I am open we

to receive whatever wants to
surface.” receive.
You may hold a soft blanket or cushion
and gently sway to mimic the comfort
of the womb.
Part 1
Somatic Memory Scan
“What does your body remember?”
Close your eyes. Let your awareness drift gently to your belly, chest,
and throat.

Ask your body:

What sensations arise when I think of the time before birth?

Do I feel tightness, warmth, emptiness, or peace?
Are there any colors, symbols, sounds, or movements?

Draw or write what comes up, even if it feels symbolic, abstract, or childlike.
Part 2
Mapping Your Mother's Emotional
Landscape
“Her emotions became your first ocean.”
Even if you don't consciously know your mother’s feelings
during pregnancy, your subconscious may carry
impressions.

Ask yourself:

What might she have felt while carrying me?

Was she joyful? Anxious? Lonely? Excited?
Overwhelmed?
What was the emotional environment I floated in?

Write freely, without judgment or logic. Let your intuition

speak.
Part 2.2
Mapping Your Mother's Emotional
Landscape
“Her emotions became your first ocean.”
Part 3
Imprint Events
“Some moments leave energetic fingerprints.”
Ask inwardly:
Was there a significant event while I was in the womb?
Loss, relocation, family tension, or joy?
What was the energetic temperature of that time?
(Warm, cold, tight, chaotic, nurturing?)

Let yourself describe this space energetically,

emotionally, or visually.
Part 4
If Nothing Comes Up… Write
Anyway
Letter 1: From You to your Unborn Self
Write a note filled with love, curiosity, and safety.
Part 4.2
If Nothing Comes Up… Write
Anyway
Letter 2: From your Unborn Self to You Now
Let this part of you speak—symbolically, emotionally, or
tenderly.
Part 5
Womb Memory Visualization
Before journaling further:
Curl into a fetal position.
Wrap in a soft blanket or hold a warm pillow.
Close your eyes and play the Womb Visualization Journey audio.
Float in the imagined amniotic fluid of your mother’s body.
Notice sounds, light, warmth—and the emotional weather of your
mother.

Gently ask:

“What was I told—not in words, but in energy?”

“What belief or emotion did I inherit before I even opened my eyes?”

What are some areas I need to trust Him more?

Part 5.2
Womb Memory Visualization
Draw the womb space using colors or textures.
Write your immediate impressions after the journey.
Final Words
“Even if nothing rises now, something has
begun.
The womb is not just a memory—it is a
vibration.
Trust what unfolds in time.”
