Students who have completed their registration on the HCLTech portal are required to study the
syllabus prescribed by HCLTech in preparation for the upcoming placement drive.
As part of the registration process, candidates are expected to choose a specific technical or domain
specialization—Skill Track—such as Java, Embedded Systems, Testing, etc. Based on the selected Skill
Track, the rest of the selection process including Online tests, interviews, and evaluation) will be
aligned accordingly.

We are pleased to inform you that HCLTech will be commencing its campus hiring process for the
2026 batch shortly. As part of the next steps in their hiring program, all the eligible students are
required to complete the registration process on the HCL Portal from the link below. This will help us
streamline the registration process and ensure smooth participation.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech/B.E (CSE/IT/EEE/ECE)
Academic Year - Batch-2026
Minimum 70% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and current graduation marks)
No active backlogs at the time of registration

HCL Application ID - will be generated to every candidate once your registration is successful.

Note: Only students who complete both steps will be considered for further selection. Incomplete or
incorrect applications will lead to disqualification.
Please Note:
• Applicant should have obtained greater than or equal to 70% throughout academics (10th,
12th, and Graduation until last semester).
• Applicant should not have any semester/term backlog in B.Tech/B.E (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) at the
time of applying.
• Candidates need to complete the registration process on the given link. Incomplete
applications will not be considered for further process.
Compensation Structure:
INR 3.25 LPA for candidates based in Vijayawada
INR 4.25 LPA for candidates based in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore

SR Based Internship Process to be initiated for the final selects (On The Job Training with Stipend, 15k

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month -

Imp Note: If any student exits the internship prematurely or fails to join HCLTech after successful
completion of the internship, he/she will be required to refund the entire stipend amount received
during the internship period to HCLTech.
