This DEED OF DONATION made and executed by

Dedumo Ga, religious name), of legal age, Filipino, single
and with residence and postal address at 73 Desiderio St.,
Don Jose Heights, Brgy. Commonwealth, Quezon City,
hereinafter referred to as the DONOR

and

THE DAMBANA EUCHARISTIC HERMITAGE herein


represented by SR. MARY ADELBERT CUETO, of legal
age, Filipino, single, and with residence and postal address
at Danacbunga, Botolan, Zambales hereinafter referred to
as the DONEE.

WITNESSETH THAT:

The DONOR is the owner of a parcel of land covered by Original


Certificate of Title No. M-6191 situated at San Jose, Baras, Rizal more
particularly described as follows:

GAWAD KALINGA – MELCHOR, Sitio Calumpang, Brgy.


San Jose, Baras, Rizal:

Unit G-27 - to be used as residence of the done, and

Unit G-26 – to be used for livelihood

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE’S trust,


devotion and affection shown to the DONOR, the said DONOR by
these presents, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, by way of
DONATION, unto said DONEE, her heirs and assigns, the said parcel
of land free from all liens and encumbrances share and share alike.

That the DONEE do hereby accepts the DONATION of the


above-described parcel of land and further expresses her sincerest
appreciation and thanks for the kindness and liberality shown by the
DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have


hereunder subscribed their names this _______________________ at Iba,
Zambales.
