‘A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF HON. JEREMY LANSANGAN DE
VERA AS THE BUDGET MONITORING OFFICER OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY SAN FRANCISCO, MAGALANG, PAMPANGA’.
WHEREAS, COA CIRCULAR No. 2020-003 Section 3.12 of the Handbook on The
Financial Transaction of The Sangguniang Kabataan, provided that the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all the Sangguniang
Kabataan Member shall designate a Budget Monitoring Officer (BMO) who shall be
responsible in the monitoring of budget and preparation of budget reports. The Budget
Monitoring Officer (BMO) shall come from the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials except the
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer.
WHEREAS, HON. JEREMY LANSANGAN DE VERA is an incumbent Sangguniang
Kabataan Official having been duly elected Sangguniang Kabataan Member in the 2023
Synchronized Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election.
WHEREAS, HON. JEREMY LANSANGAN DE VERA possess all the qualifications for
Sangguniang Kabataan Budget Monitoring Officer (BMO) as provided under COA
CIRCULAR No. 2020-003 Section 3.12 of the Handbook on The Financial Transaction of
The Sangguniang Kabataan
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad HON. CHARIE LYN GARCIA GOMEZ duly
seconded by all SK Kagawads;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to concur to the appointment of SK
KAGAWAD HON. JEREMY LANSANGAN DE VERA AS THE BUDGET MONITORING OFFICER
OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SAN FRANCISCO, MAGALANG,
PAMPANGA’.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be given to HON. JEREMY LANSANGAN
DE VERA for his file, copy furnish the Magalang Local Government Operation Office and the
Local Youth Development Office of Magalang for their information and record.
