DETAILED
ITINERARY
Day 0: Delhi to Shimla
Gather at the boarding point in Delhi. Meet your Trip Captain Board your Bus to Shimla.
Overnight Journey to Shimla.
Day 1:Shimla to Rakkcham
Arrive in Shimla early morning., transfer luggage to Tempo Traveller, and head to Rakkcham.
Stop for breakfast before continuing through scenic Kinnaur Valley, stopping at Kinnaur Gate.
Upon reaching Rakkcham, check into your accommodation and enjoy dinner and an overnight
stay.
Day 2: Rakkcham to Kalpa
Begin your day with breakfast and explore Chitkul Village, visiting the picturesque Baspa River. Depart for
Kalpa, enjoying scenic views of valleys, apple orchards, and Kinnauri architecture. En-route, stop at
Suicide Point then check into your hotel and enjoy dinner with sunset views of the Kinner Kailash
peaks.
Day 3: Kalpa to Tabo
After breakfast, check Out from the hotel and travel 10 Tabo. enjoying the scenic- Sangla Valley. Stop at
Khab Sangam where the Spiti and Satluj Rivers meet, and visit.the historic Gue monastery, home to a
monk's mummy. Upon arrival in Tabo, check into your.homestay, savor a local dinner, and relax for the
night in this tranquil and culturally rich Spiți Valley town
Day 4:Tabo to Kaza
Post breakfast, check-out and load your luggage in the Tempo traveller. Visit the ancient Tabo Monastery,
India's oldest Monastery. Head towards Dhankar Monastery, which is situated at an elevation of 3,894
metres. Enjoy lunch with the breathtaking views of the valey. Move toward Kaza, the heart of spiti valley.
On reaching kaza, Check-into your Homestay, enjoy dinner and settle in for the night.
Day 5: Kaza Sightseeing
Wake up early, after breakfast at the homestay, head out to experience the rugged terrains of Spiti.
Visit Key Monastery (Biggest Monastery of Spiti valley) and Langza, also known as the Fossil Village
of India. Visit the World's Highest Post Office in Hikkim and World's Highest Village connected with
Motorable Road, Komic. En-route visit Chicham Bridge (Asia's highest suspended bridge). Delve
into the rich culture and breathtaking vistas of Spiti Valley before spending second night in Kaza.
Day 6:Kaza to Chandrataal
Have early breakfast and start your journey from Kaza to the enchanting Chandrataal lake. En-
route stop at Kunzum Pass and take blessings from Deity Kunzum Mata for our safe journey
through rugged terrains. Visit Chandrataal lake nestled at an altitude of 3100 metres. Marvel at the
scenic beauty of the majestic lake. Check-in to your camps, have your dinner and settle in for
night. You can delve into Stargazing at Chandrataal.
Day 7: Chandrata-
al to Manali.
Wake up early, have your breakfast &
checkout your camps. Depart from
Chandrataal & drive through remote and
rugged landscape of Batal and Chhatru.
Arrive in Manali via Atal Tunnel. Later in the
evening catch your bus back to delhi with
galleries full of memories.
Day 8: Delhi Arrival
Arrive Delhi in the morning around 9-10AM in the Morning.
TRIP INCLUSION
Delhi to Shimla & Manali to Delhi in Semi-Sleeper Volvo.
Shimla-Kaza-Manali transport in Tempo Traveller.
Stay for 6 nights: 2 nights hotel stay in Chitkul & Kalpa, 03 night
Homestay in Tabo & Kaza and 1 night camp stay in Chandrataal.
Meal Plan: MAP Plan (Total 12 Meals - 1 Meal on Day 1 (D) + 2 Meals
on Day 2 (B+D) + 2 Meals on Day 3 (B+D) + 2 Meals on Day 4 (B+D)

TRIP EXCLUSIONS
5% GST.
Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
Any personal expense like a tip to the driver, video camera/camera
charges, laundry, telephone bills, etc.
Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like
alcoholic drinks, mineral water, refreshments/meals not mentioned
in inclusions.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like weather, roadblocks
etc. (to be borne directly by the customer)
Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or
any type of transportation.

BOOKING PROCESS
Booking will be confirmed after payment of advance booking amount
of Rs. 5,000/- per person.
Rest amount to be paid at boarding point on the departure Date.
You will be added to a WhatsApp group a week before the departure
date.
Boarding details will be shared with you 1-2 days prior to the departure
date.
PAYMENT DETAILS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All guests must carry a valid Government Id proof. (preferably Aadhar
card)
An undertaking will be shared prior to the departure which is
mandatory for everyone to fill and sign.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any
individual will be charged from him/her. Any injury during any activity,
TDC will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
No refunds/adjustments will be provided in case of any natural factors
arising during the trip which might result in changes in the
itinerary/transportation due to which any extra cost is beared. That
cost has to be beared by the clients only
TDC reserves the right to evict any traveller anytime without any refund
if his/her actions violates any rules
Weapons, fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed on this trip.
Team TDC would not be responsible for any person who has been
found guilty under the Indian Law
TDC strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned
substance during the trips and would not be responsible for any
adversities due to the same.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip,
50% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the
trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
If cancellations are made 0-15 days prior the departure date of the trip,
100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
