PROCEDURE CODE

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is

therefore just and necessary that this Honourable Court may be

pleased to vacate the stay granted by this Honourable Court by

order dated 02.07.2024 in C.M.P.(MD). No.8079 of 2024 in C.M.A.

(MD). No.709 of 2024 and thus render justice.
