Dear Roma Pizza management team,

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the service provided by your establishment
during my recent visit. Despite being a regular customer, my experience on my last visit to Roma Pizza
left me dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

First and foremost, the wait time for my order was excessive. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes for
a simple pizza order, which was unacceptable. I understand that the restaurant can be busy during peak
hours, but such a long wait time for a takeaway order is unacceptable and shows a lack of consideration
for your customers’ time.

Secondly, the quality of food delivered did not meet my expectations. The pizza was cold, and toppings
were not as per my order. Considering the price paid for the pizza, I expected a much better quality of
food. I did not receive any compensation for the shortcomings in the pizza quality.

Furthermore, the attitude of the staff after delivering the food was very dismissive. They showed no
concern or interest in addressing the issues faced, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

In conclusion, overall, my visit to Roma Pizza was disappointing due to the long waiting time, poor
quality of food, and lack of interest by the staff to rectify the problems. I hope that the management will
take serious attention towards improving the quality of service provided to loyal customers like me.
