- Prepare Bills of Quantities for each and every equipment such as Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Transformers, Medium
voltage Switchgears, Cables, Joints and Terminations etc.
- Prepare Pre bid clarifications for unclear and/or contradiction items in tender package.
- Evaluate suppliers offers and selection of offer which is almost complying with the tender requirements.
- Study tender package thoroughly.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe,
timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.

commerce registration, Investment Paper Financial statement or financial capability, Audit Reports, issuing Bid Bond, Quality

- Study the projects (in case of tender or direct order) descriptions, design, and specifications to get the technical
requirements; and check the project specific requirements.
- Analyze Documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor Estimates.
- Explore more competencies of price with sub-suppliers to prepare effective bids and subsequently reduce the total cost
of the proposed tenders.
- Preparation of the Tender documents including Financial and Technical Offers.

Projects
Smart Electric Airport Cart
- Some people such as ladies, old women, old men and kids have a difficultly to push the airport cart or shopping cart
So, our project solve this problem through making a unique cart tracks any person with zero effort of this person.
Tracking starts when person moves right hand or says follow me to the cart. We use image processing technique by
Kinect sensor and handled by AVR microcontroller and C++ programming language.
