A. Scope of Work: - (In Detail)
1. JSW Technical Consultant will provide all design drawings of Comprehensive nature indicating all kinds of forces,
based on Which, the Vendor shall develop fabrication drawings indicating connection details. The connection
details, if being deviated/changed by the vendor anywhere, will be incorporated after done approval of The
Consultant/JSW. However, the connection details provided by consultant such as base details, cap details etc shall
be followed strictly. Accordingly, drawing approval is required prior to execution of work.
2. Job Completion Period: 6 Months from date of LOI/PO.
3. Free Issue Material: Please refer POINT E.
4. Drawing issuance Schedule -3 Month from date of LOI/PO. (In case the design/scope drawing issue period is made
advance (preponed),the execution period has to be reduced proportionately)
5. Surface preparation and painting:
1) Bunkers (All steel work shall be shot blasted to SA 2.5).

6. JSW-obligations: Construction Power at single location as per requirement/ Drinking water/ Area for Site office.
7. JSW Safety Rules and Regulations must be followed strictly at the Project Site. (Ref Safety Annexure)
8. Handrails, gratings, cage ladders, Stair case and fasteners are to be dispatched in dedicated vehicles for proper
accounting of the same against particular line item.
9. Rain water gutter, down take pipes along with all supporting structure and monorail shall be the supplied and
erected by vendor as per drawings provided by Consultant.
10. All erection members must be clean before erection.
11. PAINT-DFT and other Physical inspection shall be checked at site also after receipt of fabricated structures.
12. Quantity of Structural Work shall vary from (+/-) 20 % of provided BOQ.
13. All crane and erection equipment are in vendor scope.
14. All fabricated structure consignment must be dispatched after prior approval in writing from JSW Engineer in-
charges.
15. JSW will provide levelled and fenced area for development of labor colony. Accommodation with all facilities to be
arranged by Contractor.
16. Vendor shall procure all required steel and Paints from JSW Group that is in the manufacturing range of JSW
Group. In case product is not available in the manufacturing range of JSW Group then vendor shall procure it from
market after written approval from JSW.
17. Any temporary platform or structure to be used during erection work shall be made according to instructions of
JSW Site Engineer.
18. All fabrication and erection joint of technological structure should have 100% DP test shall be in vendor scope.
19. The structural work will be carried out only after preparation of proper protocol in JSW format and in line with
JSW requirements including risk assessment and enclosure of proper supporting documents which shall be
informed by JSW Site incharge.
20. All the lifting tools & tackles & safety implements including farana, trailers, cherry pickers, chain blocks, slings etc
shall be approved by the Third party authorized approvers and valid documents of the same will be kept with JSW
site incharge.
21. 100% UT for technological structure in vendor scope as per the guidence of JSW Engineer and BOQ
22. supporting structure shall be the supplied and erected by vendor as per drawings provided by Consultant.
23. All the welding joint of all side, bottom and top shall be 100% leak proof.
24. JSW reserve all the rights to reject the work done by the Agency, if quality of work does not match with quality
parameter. Also, free issue material’s cost will be recovered from the account of contracting agency @ double
rate of market price.
