HON. ATTY. RENE ALEXIS P. VILLARENTE

Brgy. Captain
Talomo. Davao City

Sir:

Greetings!

In line with the upcoming Brigada Eskwela 2025, which is scheduled to commence on June
9, 2025, we respectfully request assistance with the pruning of two trees—the Calumpang
Tree and the Neem Tree located at the back of the Grade 5 classrooms at A. Bonifacio
Elementary School.

This initiative is part of our preparation for the opening of classes, ensuring the safety of our
learners, teachers, staff and neighborhood. The branches of these trees have become
overgrown and may pose potential hazards, especially during inclement weather. Pruning will
also help maintain the cleanliness and visibility of the area.

We hope for your kind support and favorable response to this request. Your assistance will
contribute greatly to providing a safe and conducive learning environment for our learners.

Thank you very much, and we look forward to your positive response.

Very truly yours,

GLEN L. PARDILLO
School Principal II
