Item 2
During a science trip at your school, you manage to trap some specimens by
yourself. Due to the limited time in the field, you don’t manage to identify the
specimens but you label them A, B, and C. Classify the specimens using biological
principles and prepare a report to present in the next biology class as required by
the teacher. The facilitator requires you to classify the specimens in their kingdom,
phylum, and class. Include the reasons for putting the specimens in each taxon. The
facilitator also demands that you note some characteristics on the specimens and
prepare an identification key for easy identification of the specimens during the
lesson.
