Main new features

CBT is used and revised appendix on competency-based UPRT
• Consequential to Revision 3 to the AUPRTA: definitions, reference to
AUPRTA paragraphs, updated training scenarios, alignment of
recovery techniques
• An adapted competency model can be developed based on the ICAO
Competency framework for aeroplane pilots – replacing the example of
core competencies in current Doc 10011
