I have processed admission to the Bachelor of Science (Data Science and Artificial Intelligence)
programme in the academic year 2025-2026
I request CHRIST (Deemed to be University) to cancel my admission to the programme Bachelor of
Science (Data Science and Artificial Intelligence) in DELHI NCR CAMPUS.
I accept that if I do not post/courier/come in person and submit the required documents within
7 days from submitting this application online to the campus I was admitted to, the request
for refund will not be processed.
I accept that I will submit the original fee receipt along with the duly signed cancellation form, and
loan letter (if taken) to the office.
I accept that the rules for refund are only with respect to the Academic Course fee and in accordance
with UGC Notification on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates.
