ABSTRACT

VirtualHire Coach Simulates Real-World Interview Scenarios Using AI

In the contemporary job market, the ability to effectively navigate the


interview process is crucial for candidates seeking employment
opportunities. Interviews often serve as a significant barrier between job
seekers and their desired positions, making preparation essential.
Traditional interview preparation methods may lack interactivity and
personalized feedback, leaving candidates inadequately equipped to present
their skills and experiences confidently. To address these challenges, we
propose the "AI-Powered Virtual Job Interview Simulator," an innovative
application that leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) to facilitate
comprehensive interview training. The simulator is designed to provide
users with a realistic and engaging environment for practicing job interviews
tailored to various professional roles. It features an extensive question bank
that encompasses a diverse range of role-specific inquiries, ensuring that
users can simulate interviews relevant to their desired positions. Upon
selecting a job role, candidates are presented with a series of questions that
mimic the structure and tone of actual interviews, allowing for an immersive
experience that promotes effective preparation. A key feature of the
simulator is its ability to analyse user responses in real time using advanced
NLP techniques.
