AFFIDAVIT

I, Mobina Akhter D/o Ghulam Mohd R/o Gol Market, Karan


Nagar, Srinagar, do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under-

1. That the deponent is the permanent resident of UT of Jammu & Kashmir and
Ladakh.
2. That the land under khasra No. 1082 min, kahat 147, khewat 12 has been
entered in the name of deponent in the revenue records by mistake by the
revenue officials and the deponent is neither in possession of the said piece
of land neither have any right or concern over the said.
3. That the above mentioned land is under the physical possession of Shri
Mohd Irshad S/o Mohd Bashir with whom the deponent has no dispute as
regards the title or possession of the said land.
4. That the deponent has no objection whatsoever if any
correction/modification/rectification/alteration etc is made in the revenue
records as far as the above mentioned land is concerned.
5. That deponent has no right over the said land and thus will not raise any
dispute as regards the ownership or possession over the said land in future as
well.
6. That the averments made hereinabove are true and correct to the best of my
knowledge.
