Mr. Ahsan Baig underwent multiple diagnostic tests including an ultrasound of the right wrist and hand, ENMG reporting, and an X-ray of the right wrist joint. High resolution ultrasound was performed using high frequency probe.

Findings :

No evidence of synovial thickening/effusion.

Joint spaces and articular marginas are normal.

Tendons and muscles appear normal in echotexture.

Intermuscular planes are normal.

No evidence of any collection / mass lesion noted.

Subcutaneous planes are normal.

IMPRESSION :

* NO SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITY DETECTED.
