FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:


1. Is my Protocol personalized? Yes, it is specific to your diagnosis and medical situation.
2. How long do I take the Protocol for? Take the Protocol for 3 months, then we reassess.
3. What kind of reassessment at 3 months? Cancer blood markers and imaging (CT, MRI, or PET/CT)
4. How long can it take to become cancer free? It varies, but it could take from 3 to 12 months.
5. Can I take the Protocol with any chemotherapy? Yes you can! During the entire treatment.
6. Can I take the Protocol with any immunotherapy? Yes you can! During the entire treatment.
7. Can I take the Protocol with any radiation therapy? Yes you can! During the entire treatment.
8. Can I take the Protocol on its own with no other treatment? Yes you can!
9. Can I start parts of the Protocol without having all components? Yes, start with what you have.
10. What if I have any unexpected side effects? Stop entire protocol for few days, then restart slowly.

IVERMECTIN (anti-parasitic medication)


11. Why Ivermectin? Ivermectin kills cancer stem cells that chemo doesn’t. Also stops metastasis.
12. How is Ivermectin taken? Once a day with food but you can split into two doses if you need to.
13. Ivermectin dose? 1mg/kg, eg. for 60kg person is 60mg IVM, or 6mL liquid IVM, or 1/2 paste tube
14. What side effects can I expect from Ivermectin?
• ~25% will experience temporary visual side effects (bright colors, seeing stars, foggy vision,
photosensitivity), which last few minutes to hours. They go away after 1-2 weeks.
• very mild drop in blood pressure, usually no more than 5-10 points.
• Occasional fatigue
• Unsteadiness on the feet at higher doses if not used to Ivermectin
• Elevated kidney function or liver function tests possible, but almost never seen
15. Can I get dizzy or unbalanced? Rarely, yes. If that happens, split the dose into two (am and pm).
16. Does Ivermectin affect liver or kidneys? I’ve not seen any problems on kidney or liver bloodwork
17. Can I miss an Ivermectin dose? Yes. Ivermectin peaks at 4hr and has half-life of 18hr so it’s gone
from your body after 2 days. You can stop it for a day or two if you need to.
18. Does Ivermectin interact with other drugs? Very few. Warfarin, but not other blood thinners.
• Nicotine may affect Ivermectin’s effect on cancer, so don’t use it.
MEBENDAZOLE (anti-parasitic medication)
19. Why Mebendazole? Increases p53 tumor suppressor and blocks cancer cell glucose transporters.
20. How is Mebendazole taken? Twice a day with fatty food (better absorption).
21. Why is Mebendazole twice a day? Peak plasma concentration 2-3hr, half life is 3-6hr.
22. What are the side effects of Mebendazole? Usually none. Rare gastrointestinal symptoms.
23. Does Mebendazole affect liver or kidneys? Not in vast majority of cases. Rarely it can affect liver.
24. What is the highest safety dose with Mebendazole? 4000mg/day is established safety dose.
25. Why Mebendazole instead of Fenbendazole? Mebendazole kills certain cancer cells better and
can be easier on the liver. Preferred in breast cancers, brain cancers, squamous cell cancers.
26. How to buy Mebendazole? Comes in 100mg and 500mg pills, 500mg pills are best for cancer.

FENBENDAZOLE (anti-parasitic medication)


27. Can I switch between Mebendazole and Fenbendazole? Yes
28. Do both cross the Blood Brain Barrier well? Yes, both do.
29. Why Fenbendazole? Increases p53 tumor suppressor and blocks cancer cell glucose transporters.
Also suppresses KRAS-mutated cells (present in 30% lung, 40% colorectal, 90% pancreatic).
30. What is the starting dose of Fenbendazole? Usually 444mg/day or 4 mL Liquid Fenbendazole
31. Why is Fenbendazole taken twice a day? Peak plasma concentration 4hr, half life is 6-12hr.
32. Why take Fenbendazole with Milk Thistle or Tudca? Both protect the liver.
33. What are the side effects of Fenbendazole? Usually none. Rarely gastrointestinal symptoms.
34. Does Fenbendazole affect liver or kidneys? Not in vast majority of cases. Rarely can affect liver
and raise liver function tests (usually in sick patients with liver cancer or liver metastases)
35. How often does Fenbendazole cause liver function test elevation? Rarely, less than 2% of cases.
36. What if I get side effects with Fenbendazole or Mebendazole like diarrhea, nausea? Stop all
supplements and repurposed drugs for 3-6 days. Then reintroduce slowly one by one.

CBD Oil
37. Why CBD Oil? Inhibits proliferation and metastasis of cancer cells (prostate, breast, lung, etc)
38. What type of CBD Oil? Get higher potency such as 2000mg or 3000mg, low THC.
39. How is CBD Administered? Drops under the tongue twice a day.
40. Are there are side effects to CBD Oil? Not usually, but could cause fatigue.
41. Are there any other benefits of CBD Oil? Improved sleep, appetite, reduced pain
42. Is it ok to use RSO (Rick Simpson Oil)? Yes
43. Is it ok to use Full Spectrum CBD oil? Yes. CBG also has strong anti-cancer benefits.
44. Is it ok to use “Hemp Oil” instead? No, that’s something completely different.
45. Can I use CBD gummies or CBD capsules? Yes
46. Can I buy CBD Oil on Amazon? No. Best option is to buy it locally or order it online.
Melatonin
47. Why Melatonin? Melatonin inhibits cancer cell invasion and metastasis of many cancers.
48. Why such a high dose? At low doses (5-40mg) Melatonin helps people sleep. At high doses over
100mg, it acts on cancer and the immune system, and doesn’t cause any additional sleepiness.
49. What are side effects of High Dose Melatonin? 90% have no side effects, 10% can be more sleepy
50. Other uses for High Dose Melatonin? Research shows taking 300mg Melatonin 2 hours before CT
or PET scan can give you protection from radiation exposure during the scans.
51. How do I buy High Dose Melatonin? Get bulk powder (or 60mg pills) on Amazon.com (USA)
52. Why can’t I find High Dose Melatonin? It’s restricted & not sold in Canada, Australia, UK, Europe
Lactoferrin
53. Why Lactoferrin? Lactoferrin inhibits cancer cell invasion and metastasis in many cancers.
54. How does it work? Lactoferrin binds iron, removes free radicals, induces apoptosis, stimulates the
immune system to attack cancer (increases NK killer cells) and more.
55. Does Lactoferrin cross the Blood Brain Barrier? Yes, easily, and it acts on brain tumors
56. Is Lactoferrin the same as Colostrum? Lactoferrin is a protein found in Colostrum
57. Where can I buy Lactoferrin? Amazon has it and most supplement stores do as well.

Chlorine Dioxide
58. What is Chlorine Dioxide? A molecule approved by EPA to purify drinking water.
59. Why Chlorine Dioxide? Powerful antioxidant being used in South America to treat cancer.
60. Safety: 0 deaths reported for Chlorine Dioxide, 10 for Vit.D3, 16,332 for Tylenol.
61. How does it work? Cytotoxic against cancer cells, induces product of Reactive Oxygen Species”
62. Where to buy? Amazon, any camping goods store or hiking supply store.
63. How to take? Put 5mL or 10mL of CDS into 1L of water and drink throughout the day
64. Case Reports: Three case reports of cancer cure published so far, 2 prostate, 1 pancreatic.

FASTING
65. Is a 1 or 2 day fast good enough? No, shorter fasting doesn’t impact cancer, must be 3+ days
66. Do I take the Protocol during fasting? Stop all the supplements but continue Ivermectin/Fenben.
67. What can I take during a 3-day or 5-day prolonged water fast?
• Drink plenty of water.
• You can take electrolytes (powder or pills can be found on Amazon)
• You can have plain tea or herbal tea. You can have black coffee.
• No juicing. No broth.
68. How do you fast during chemo? Fasting just prior to chemo reduces chemo side effects.
