1. NHAI Regional Office, Mumbai invites tenders from eligible Contractors for Periodic
Renewal of Six laned Pimpalgaon-Nashik-Gonde (Ch. 380.000 to Ch. 439.038) in the
State of Maharashtra using Thin White Topping (TWT) (excluding EPC - II works &
proposed EPC structures) on EPC Mode.

2. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is available online on e-tender portal of NHAI,
https://etenders.gov.in document can also be downloaded from NHAI Website,
www.nhai.gov.in.

3. Bid must be submitted online at e-tender portal of NHAI https://etenders.gov.in up to


11.00 Hrs on 16.11.2023.

4. The Bid cost (document fee) is Rs.30,000/- (Non-refundable) shall be paid in online
mode only.

5. The following schedule is to be followed for this assignment:

i) Period of downloading of Bid / Sale of Tender Document – 29.09.2023 to 16.11.2023 (up


to 11.00 Hrs)
ii) Last date for submission of queries: 25.10.2023 (up to 12.00 Hrs)
iii) Pre bid meeting: 25.10.2023 (12.00 Hrs onwards)
iv) Deadline for submission of bids: Online (up to 11.00 Hrs on 16.11.2023)
