I will share simple ways to help CALYE volunteers do their work better.

First, the local government and community should support them more by:

° Giving money and supplies like food, school materials, and cleaning tools.

° Teaching them teamwork, leadership, and communication for free.

° Helping with transport and food, especially for those who live far.

° Letting experienced members guide new volunteers.

Second, CALYE should work with businesses and offices. They should sign an
agreement to make sure volunteers are thanked and learn useful skills.

Third, we suggest giving awards, certificates, and events to appreciate


volunteers. This will make them happy and encourage others to join.

Lastly, CALYE and the local government should talk better with volunteers.
They can have meetings and an online group to share updates.
