Activate License

Scroll down, Click on License Management System.
Scroll down and Click License Activation.
Insert order number & confirmation number, then click load
Choose license that want to activate, insert Serial number & friendly name, then checklist
License already activate, and you get the Activation Key
Firmware Download
On Portal, choose software And Document Search
Then choose the products category
Choose firmware, you can use filters to search easier, then click download.
Create Case / RMA
Choose Case Management.
Then, click Create Case.
Fill in the form, then click submit.
Create RMA
Chose Hardawawre Troubleshoting and replacement (Online RMA).
Then click Request an RMA.
Type serial number of the problematic device.
Select Option for the problem device.
Fill in the consignee data required for the RMA process.
Fill in the data of the recipient's address.
Make sure all the data is correct and then create a case.
