STEP 4: Describing your hidden talent (individual work)

Last year, concerns arose in my town about a future water shortage due to the

rapid decline in construction hours. I decided to speak with the president of the

neighborhood association and proposed a project to plant trees at the water

source, as this could increase water retention and improve the aquifers. The

president showed interest and guided me in developing the project. With the help

of friends and communities, we successfully carried out the initiative. Many

volunteered to plant trees, building successes.
