My name is Dwi Rasya Raditia, a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry. Through this letter, I would like to apply for
the position of Quality Control Staff at PT Biochem Technology.

During my studies, I gained both theoretical and practical experience in chemical production, quality control testing, and occupational
safety procedures (K3). I also completed an internship at the Environmental Office (DLH) in Lumajang, where I assisted with sample
collection, laboratory testing, and the monitoring of household hazardous waste (B3). Additionally, I practiced making chemical-based
products such as soap, deodorant, and perfume.

I am a responsible and detail-oriented individual who is capable of working both independently and in a team. I am highly enthusiastic
about contributing to your company and continuing to grow in the field of quality control.
