(i) ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT AT NO COST TO US
1. All insurances including Contractor’s All Risks and Workman’s Compensation.
2. Asbestos and Any Licensee’s Material inspection and removal by main con.
3. Provide and maintain all necessary preventions and protection to preserve the stability of adjacent structures and all
other Properties
4. Proper access and sufficient working space and clearance.
5. Termination / decommissioning of service, detachment, protection, Noise barrier, relocation, make good surface,
detection of utilities services done by main contractor period to dismantle or Demolition.
6. Water, Electricity supply: (3 Phase, 63A) – 8 Nos., (Single phase, 230V) - 12 Nos., come with DB with one to one basis.
(Electricity, Water tapping point shall be provided no further than 10m from work area).
7. Any P.E design, which is not included in our scope by Main Contractor.
8. Setting out, marking and survey to be provided by main contractor. (Main contractor to physically confirm marked out
area before commencement of work).
9. Site storage location for our machinery to be provided by main contractor.
10. Price quoted is strictly valid for the above mentioned items only. Any additional work done or materials consumed (not
listed / quoted) will be charged accordingly.

11. Any Additional works will be considered as variation order.
12. Removal of communication systems and firefighting system done by others.
13. Mobilization upon two weeks confirmation.
(ii) OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The price submitted is based on Unit Price.
2. This Quotation is valid for 15 Days from date of submission.
3. No deduction of cost is allowed if there is omission of any part of the works or reduction in quantity of the work.
(iii) PAYMENT TERMS
1. Progress claim fortnightly.
2.30 days payment term
