SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
I, _______, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of ________
Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, _______, of legal
age, Filipino citizen, married and a resident of Blk. 2, Lot 10, Trinidad
Green Hills, Ma-a, Davao City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-fact and in my name, place and stead and for my own use and
benefit to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things,
namely:
1. To represent, transact, process, sign and execute a Deed of
Absolute Sale or Lease Contract over a parcel of land,
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _____, containing
an area of ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN (197) square
meters, more or less, situated in ______ Philippines, registered
in my name, ______, when I was still a widow and more
particularly described as follows:
2. To sell, or convey, and sign the Deed of Absolute Sale or Lease
Contract, over the above mentioned property at whatever price
and terms and conditions that they may deem proper and fit, to
whosoever may buy, purchase or lease of the above said
property;
3. To sign and execute any all documents of the sale or
conveyance or lease of the aforementioned property;
4. To accept and collect full payment in my name and/or in our joint
names, the proceeds of sale or lease of the aforesaid described
property and sign for the receipt thereof and to encash any
check in the event that payment is made in check;
5. To represent and to cause the relocation survey of all the above
mentioned property;
6. To represent and transact, make payments, and sign papers,
with the necessary government agencies including but not
limited to the Register of Deeds (ROD), Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR), City Treasurer’s Office, Assessor’s Office, which
may be necessary or required in performing and consummating
the authority given;
7. To sign, execute, transact, process, and receive any all
documents, papers, or instruments related and necessary to
carry out the above mentioned authority, including the payment
of any and all taxes, charges, and fees, as well as all the
necessary expenses or fees with all other government agencies
including the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of Deeds, to
effect the foregoing authorities, and all other acts that may be
essential, necessary, or incidental, in order to carry into effect
the foregoing acts.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full
power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done

in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might
lawfully do if personally present with full power of substitution and revocation
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
