Facewash (AM/PM): Look for salicylic acid or tea tree

Moisturizer: non-greasy, lightweight

Sunscreen: SPF 30+ every day (non-negotiable)

2. Jawline & Structure:

Mewing: Tongue on roof of mouth, lips closed, breathe


through nose

Chew hard gum 10–20 min daily

Sleep posture matters (pillow = flat or no pillow)

3. Hair Glow:
