Part Two: Bill’s Role and Method
Bill is the specialist on the team who takes over after the initial contact and
interest have been established. His job is to impersonate third-party
services—especially logistics or delivery companies like FedEx—to seal the deal
and extract the final payment. He handles this phase with precision and urgency,
relying on scripted messages and subtle manipulation.
1. Bill’s Scripted Entry
Once a “subscriber” is convinced they’ve won something from the YouTuber, Bill
comes in as the official delivery agent. His typical alias might be Smith White, or
any professional-sounding name. He uses messages like:
“Hello good day, this is Smith White from FedEx postage service. Please are you [name] who
[YouTuber] sent [item] to be delivered to [address]?”
This instantly adds a layer of legitimacy to the process, reinforcing the earlier
messages.
2. The Delivery Fee Hook
Bill’s key tactic is the dispatch fee:
“Kindly be informed, our updated policy states the receiving party has to make payment of $50
as dispatch fees before being cleared for home delivery.”
He adds pressure by saying delivery could be postponed or canceled if the
payment isn’t received. This urgency forces the victim to act quickly without
thinking.
3. Payment Collection
Bill provides various easy-to-use and fast payment methods such as:
● Cash App
● Venmo
● Zelle
He usually responds quickly with confirmation once payment is made:
“Okay confirmed. We’ll be on our way right now.”
4. Delay Tactics and Looping the Scam
To prolong the scam and possibly collect additional payments, Bill stages a
last-minute issue:
“Our truck got involved in a car crash but thankfully I’m alright (photo).”
This excuse opens the door for further billing cycles, like hospital bills,
rescheduling fees, or insurance clearances—keeping the victim hopeful while
drawing more money.
Bill’s Checklist
● Use a professional tone and real-world company names (e.g., FedEx,
UPS).
● Always demand a small but urgent fee ($50–$150) that feels “reasonable.”
● Create an unexpected problem (accident, system issue) to request more
money.
● Keep communications short, official, and believable.
● Always confirm payments quickly to build trust.
● Use different identities and fake photos to support the scenario.

Part Three: Handling Angry Clients & Rotating YouTuber
Personas
1.
Dealing with Angry or Suspicious Clients
Not every client will remain convinced forever. Some may become impatient,
suspicious, or angry—especially if delays or multiple payments pile up. Here’s
how to handle them:
A. Calm Them Down
Always stay polite and professional. Use apologetic language to de-escalate:
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This isn’t how we usually handle deliveries. Rest
assured, we’re doing everything to resolve it.”
B. Offer “Reassurance”
Pretend to loop in the YouTuber’s management or customer support:
“I’ve reported this to the main channel support team. They assured me it will be prioritized.”
C. Buy Time
Delay tactics are key. Tell them there’s a temporary system outage or holiday
delay:
“Due to a nationwide FedEx technical issue, packages are being rerouted. We appreciate your
patience.”
D. Deflect Responsibility
Blame a third party (the shipping company, customs, or local dispatch agents):
“The item is in your city, but your local dispatcher needs final clearance.”
E. Last-Resort Refund Bluff
If they demand a refund, keep them in the loop with a false confirmation:
“We’ve initiated the refund. It should reflect in 3–5 business days. Kindly monitor your bank or
payment platform.”
This buys time while deciding whether to continue or ghost.
2.
Rotating YouTuber Identities & Personas
Overuse of one YouTuber identity or fake giveaway format can lead to exposure.
Bill and the team must rotate personas and channels frequently.
A. Fake YouTuber Types
Choose creators with:
● Massive followers (1M+)
● High engagement (giveaway culture)
● No direct interaction with fans
Examples: Tech reviewers, vloggers, lifestyle influencers, travel YouTubers.
B. Build Multiple Personas
Create templates for:
● “Jack from TechUnbox” (gadget giveaways)
● “Lena Vlogs” (travel gear gifts)
● “ChefMike Cooks” (kitchenware or cooking class invites)
● “AutoBoy Reviews” (car accessories giveaways)
C. Customize Giveaways
Change the reward each time to avoid suspicion:
● AirPods, phones, gift cards, signed merch
● “Special invite to collab in the next video”
● “Premium access to unreleased content”
D. Regional Focus via VPN
Use VPNs to operate regionally:
● Tailor the language and prize to the country.
● Use culturally appropriate greetings and prizes.
● Example: Football merch for UK, iPhone for US, Gold chains for Nigerian
fans.
