AFFIDAVIT

I, Ohid uddin age-44 years S/O-Late:-Abdul Goni, Vill:- Bahadurpur


Loharpara, P.O & P.S.:- Nilambazar Dist:-Karimganj, Assam , Occupation:-
Day Labour, By faith:- Islam, Caste:-general., do hereby solemnly
affirm and declare as under:-

That I am the bonafide citizen of India by birth and permanently


residing in the above mentioned address.

That I am the complainant of the instant C.R. case and as such I am


well acquainted with the allegation brought forth against the accused
persons. I do further declare that I have not lodged any criminal case
U/S. 420/406/409/34 of IPC at any police station or before the
Learned Criminal Court.

That the statements made above are true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and belief and last part is my humble prayer before
the learned court which I believe to be true and correct and I have
sworn and signed this affidavit before the Notary Public, Karimganj
on this the ……day of July. 2024 at Karimganj.
