3. Candidate has to affix his/her passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/self-attested, on the Admit Card. Candidate must ensure
that the photograph affixed on the Admit Card should match with the one uploaded in the online application form. Further, registration at the exam
centre will be done by Photo & Biometric capture. Photo captured will be matched with the photo uploaded by the candidate in the online application
form (as printed on the Admit Card). Signature of candidate should also match with the signature uploaded in the online application form.
4. In case of any discrepancy/mismatch with regard to Particulars/Photograph/Signature, candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
No request in this regard shall be entertained under any circumstance.
5. Candidate must bring the Admit card (hard copy) with a recent passport size photograph firmly pasted on the space provided (the same photograph
as uploaded while filling up application form) and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Self Attested. No Candidate shall be allowed to enter the
Examination centre without the respective Admit card and photograph on the admit card under any circumstances.

6. Candidate must also bring at least one original Photo Identity Proof (Hardcopy) out of PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter's Card/Aadhaar
Card, in original along with the Admit Card. No Candidate will be permitted to appear for the examination without original Photo Identity proof
(Hardcopy). If the identity of any candidate is not authenticated, such candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Examination. Please note that the
identity proof carried by candidate at the time of examination should be valid. It is further clarified as under: -
a) Soft Copy of any Photo Identity Proof will not be accepted as a valid ID proof.
b) Ration Card or Matriculation Certificate or Mark sheet of 10 Class will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
c) Candidates who have changed their name will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre only if they produce original Gazette notification/their
original marriage certificate/affidavit in original.
7. No request for change of Date, Time and Venue of the Test will be entertained.
8. Candidate should reach the Examination Centre at the Reporting Time mentioned in the Admit Card. No candidate shall be allowed to enter the
Examination Centre after the Reporting Time.
9. Candidates wearing religious articles like kara, kirpan etc. must report at the examination centre one hour before the reporting time and allow the
authorities to screen their articles/objects to find out whether there is any suspected device, electronic or otherwise, used in the same. In case, it is
found that there are suspected devices in candidate’s articles/objects, they will be restrained from carrying the same in the examination centre.
It is further clarified that if such candidates fail to report at the examination centre one hour before the reporting time and fail to co-operate in the
process of screening their articles/objects for the purpose of discovering as to whether they are carrying any suspected device (electronic or
otherwise), then they will not be allowed to take the examination with such articles.
10. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre without proper frisking.
11. Only admit card, original photo identity card, transparent Pen(s) & currency Notes are permitted inside the main gate of examination centre.
12. No candidate will be allowed to carry any eatable item whether opened or packed, any baggage material, vehicle keys, any electronic
device/s (Bluetooth, Pen Drive, Earphone, Headphone, Microphone, Pager, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc.), any ornament (rings, Earrings,
necklace, nose-pin, Bracelet, pendants, Chain/Necklace, Badge, Brooch etc.), Purse/wallet, mobile phone, Smart/Digital/Wrist watches,
Health band, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Geometry/Pencil Box, Eraser, any textual material (printed or written), notes, bits of papers,
Writing Pad, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap, Shoes/Footwear with thick soles, garments with large buttons etc. and any other item which
could be used for unfair means.
13. No arrangement will be made available by High Court for safe keeping of articles which are not allowed in the Examination Centre and it shall entirely
be own responsibility of such candidate to make an arrangement for its safe custody. High Court shall not be responsible in case of any loss, theft etc.
of any article of any candidate.
14. Candidates must ensure that their BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION for appearing in the examination is completed before the start of the examination.
15. Candidates shall be required to affix his/her signatures at the designated place on the Admit Card in the presence of the Invigilator.
16. Candidates must further ensure that his/her Admit Card is handed over to the Invigilator at the Examination Centre after the Examination. Candidates
are advised to keep one copy of their Admit Card for future reference.
17. No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the examination.
18. In case any candidate is found breaching hall discipline and/or found having used unfair means which directly or indirectly disturb the sanctity of the
examination, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and action as deemed fit will be taken. The decision of the authority in imposing penalty for the
offence committed by the candidate shall be final and binding on him/her.
19. Candidates are advised to read the instructions on their computer screen carefully at the commencement of the examination, before starting to answer
the questions.
20. Questions "Answered and Marked for Review" will also be considered for evaluation.
21. Copying or noting down questions is strictly prohibited and any such attempt will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the examination.
Candidates will be under CCTV coverage throughout the examination process.
22. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing, facilitating transfer etc. of test contents or any information therein, in
whole or part, in any form or by any means including verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, or taking away the papers supplied at the test centre or
found to be in unauthorized possession of test content shall be liable for cancellation of his/her candidature and for legal action.
23. The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates only for the limited purpose of appearing in the examination and in no way confers any right on
any candidate for selection. Even the appearance of candidates in the examination shall be purely provisional and their candidature can be rejected at
any stage including before the declaration of shortlisting examination result, if it is found that they have used any unfair means by way of impersonation
etc. besides initiation of legal action against them.
24. The appearance of the candidate in the examination will be purely provisional and subject to fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions during or after
the selection process, failing which his/her candidature shall stand cancelled.
25. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate.
26. Any notice/corrigendum pertaining to any aspect of the Test/Exam will be uploaded on the official website of High Court i.e.
https://www.highcourtchd.gov.in . Therefore, candidates are advised to visit official website of High Court regularly.
