Requirements:
1) What are the main specifications of the shaper used in the workshop?
- It is used to settlement the surfaces which can be vertical, horizontal and inclined
- Speeds: a) 12, 18, 25, 35
b) 49, 71, 100, 140
- It is measured by number of rides per minute.
- The table has a min. and max. feed:
The min= 0.3 mm the max= 4.8 mm
- The biggest work piece should have 50 cm length; 36 cm width; 30 cm high.
- The power of motor = 50 hp
2) What are the main differences between the shaper, planer and slotter?
